Niklas Dyg, EVP for Strategy & Sales Development
Niklas Dyg is the Executive Vice President for Strategy & Sales Development at the VELUX Group. He is responsible for corporate strategy, executive support, M&A, and global pricing, as well as the development of practices, tools, and platforms for both sales and customer service. He also leads the Global eCommerce business unit for VELUX.
Niklas joined VELUX in 2022 from a position as Associate Partner at McKinsey & Co. Prior to that, he held several senior leadership roles at TDC Group, namely as VP Strategy, SVP Products & Marketing, and SVP/Chief Commercial Officer in TDC Business. Earlier in his career, Niklas worked in management consulting, leading global teams across strategy and commercial transformation projects. He holds an MSc in Business Administration and Philosophy from Copenhagen Business School.

Barnabas is Executive Vice President for Operations & Supply in the VELUX Group. Barnabas is responsible for developing and leading this team to strengthen competitiveness, relevancy and value for partners and customers.
Barnabas joined VELUX in 2024 from a position as Executive Vice President and Head of Global Operations – Lighting Business Group at international automotive supplier HELLA GmbH (part of Forvia since 2022), where he was responsible for a worldwide network of 15 plants in three regions.
He has strong management and leadership capabilities and experience across the full value chain of operations, including developing manufacturing facilities, commercial and operational activities, large-scale deployment of automation and digitalisation, and system optimisation. He is educated as a mechanical engineer from Óbudai University of Budapest.
Raffaella Berardo, EVP for Region South/West Europa
Raffaella Berardo is Executive Vice President for Sales Region Southwest Europe in the VELUX Group. Raffaella is responsible for driving growth and strengthening the region, contributing to the overall success of the business.
Raffaella joined VELUX in 2025 and brings nearly 30 years of experience from multinational companies, with a broad background in Marketing, Sales, and General Management across both B2B and B2C environments.
