There is water trapped in the sun tunnel’s diffuser, what should I do?

If water is trapped in your sun tunnel's diffuser, it is most likely caused by an installation error. Contact your installer to get this fixed, as it means the installation was done incorrectly. If you used a VELUX Certified Installer, and to insure the sun tunnel is correct installed, please contact VELUX Customer Service by clicking below.

However, you may wish to inspect the length of the sun tunnel tube to identify if there are any gaps which may allow moisture into the tunnel. If this is the case, please seal any gaps, using an adhesive tape or similar.
