Correct use of telescopic pole

Ensure that the telescopic pole is being held at the correct angle to suit the pitch of the roof. If the pole is not being held at a 45 degree angle from the window, it can make it difficult to operate our products with the telescopic pole. The telescopic pole should be hooked onto the centre of the ventilation flap, to ensure even pressure and effortless operation
Please see this video showing how to use the telescopic pole (ZCT 200K).
When windows are placed very high in the ceiling, and the telescopic pole does not reach, an extension is available. The ZCT 100K extends the length of the telescopic pole by 100 cm, giving an overall length of 280 cm. Although multiple extensions can be added to a single telescopic pole, it will make the pole much more difficult to operate.
Conversely, for windows that are a bit closer, a shorter pole which is 80cm in length, (ZCZ 080K) can also be purchased,
If it is not possible for you to operate the windows with the pole being held at the correct angle, the best solution would be to convert the windows to electric/solar.
