How can I update my Wi-Fi configuration?
You can update your Wi-Fi configuration in case you need to change your internet provider or router.
Updating Wi-Fi configuration with VELUX ACTIVE app
Steps:
- On your phone, choose the 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi network that you want to connect your gateway to
- Open your ACTIVE app
- Go to Setting > Home Management > VELUX Gateway > Setup Wi-Fi
- Follow the instruction
Updating Wi-Fi configuration without VELUX ACTIVE app
Steps:
- Locate the button marked with a gear icon on the back of your gateway
- Press and hold the button until you see the LED blink in white
- Open the iOS settings of your device and open the “Wi-Fi” section
- Select your gateway in the “SET UP NEW DEVICE …” section
- Follow the instructions to update the Wi-Fi configuration
