How can I delete my account including all personal data?

Attention!

Deleting your account implies that you will permanently loose access to all your products that are associated to the VELUX ACTIVE account. The process is irreversible.

If you wish to delete your account and all information stored by VELUX in relation to your VELUX App Control or VELUX ACTIVE with NETATMO usage, simply go to: "Settings > My account > Profile > Account deletion" and select "Yes, delete my account".
