Windows manufactured before 2001
VELUX no longer offer any spare parts for windows of this age. The only solution VELUX can offer, is to replace the window in full. 
When upgrading or replacing windows, you only need to match the original performance criteria, not today's building regulations. However, upgrading to contemporary options is worth considering due to their superior thermal benefits. These newer windows offer significantly improved efficiency, enhancing the comfort of your home.

Blinds manufactured before 2008
VELUX no longer offer any spare parts for blinds of this age.  The only solution VELUX can offer, is to replace the blind in full.
