Yes, all projects are reviewed by the installer and you’ll receive a final quotation before making any payments. If unexpected challenges arise during installation, we’ll discuss them with you before proceeding.

1. Installer visit fee (only applicable for adding new roof windows): Pay £150 (inc. VAT) to book an installer visit (this is deducted from your overall costs if you proceed with installation).
2. First payment: Pay for the products in your quote once you confirm your order. This secures your installation date.
3. Final payment: Pay for the installation once the work is complete.

Interest-free finance available

We offer a 12-month interest-free payment plan for UK customers who select the VELUX Installation Service. This lets you split the total cost (products + installation) into 12 monthly payments, starting 30 days after installation is completed. Ask your advisor for details!

For customers in England and Wales, you will receive a CERTASS certificate after the work is completed. You will also get an insurance backed guarantee with the CERTASS certificate. This is a government recognised competence scheme, confirming that the work was carried out by a competent professional.
