Content of the course
In this online course, you will get an introduction to the standard VELUX product range, learn to understand all abbreviations, order codes and much more. Our trainers will take you through the basic principles of the installation, but focus on how you can help advise your customers with the right choice of VELUX products and accessories, and how to correctly order the products depending on roof type, window size, glazing and other specifications. After the practical session, there's time to get answers to any questions you might have. Course content: 1) Introduction to VELUX, 2) Overview of the VELUX product range, 3) How to specify the correct roof window and accesories, 4) Understand VELUX abbreviations and coding, and 5) QA session
