Information on rebooking or cancellation​

If you have booked the wrong date, are no longer able to attend, or need to cancel for another reason, please notify us by email at installertraining@velux.co.uk.

Please include:

  • Your name
  • Company name
  • Training course name
  • Course date
  • Whether you wish to cancel or reschedule your booking

How do I know my training course booking is confirmed?​

Once you sign up for a training course via the website, you will receive a confirmation email with the course details.

If you have not received this email, please check your spam or junk folder.

There are no available dates for the course I want to attend​

If no dates are currently available, the course may be fully booked or not yet scheduled. We recommend checking back regularly or contacting us at installertraining@velux.co.uk to register your interest.

The training course I want to attend is not offered near my location​

Training locations vary by course and availability. If there is no suitable location near you, please contact us at installertraining@velux.co.uk to discuss alternative options, including online training or on-site sessions.

Can I sign up multiple employees from the same company?​

Yes. Multiple participants from the same company are welcome to attend. Each participant must be registered to ensure correct confirmation and course records.

I would like training on a product that is not listed on the website​

You are welcome to contact us with requests for specific training topics. We offer both Academy-based and on-site training sessions.

Please email installertraining@velux.co.uk and include:

  • Your name
  • Company name
  • Requested training topic
  • Estimated number of attendees
