VELUX Group Management

Lars Petersson is the CEO of the VELUX Group. In 2022, he joined the VELUX Group from his previous position as CEO of Hempel A/S. Lars has held several top management positions in global building materials manufacturing companies such as Inwido and Tarkett. In addition to his leadership experience, Lars has an MSC in industrial engineering and management from Chalmers University of Technology, plus an MSC in mechanics from École polytechnique fédérale de Lausanne and he has also studied sales and marketing at the University of Lausanne.

Tina Mayn is Executive Vice President for Products in the VELUX Group, which includes Innovation, Research & Development and the VELUX Product Programme. She joined VELUX in 2018 from a position as Executive Vice President of Research and Development, Product Portfolio and Global Marketing at Nilfisk. Tina is a member of the board of Tarkett. Tina has extensive leadership experience within product management, product development, innovation, procurement and change management. Tina has an MBA from The European Institute of Purchasing Management (EIPM) in France.

Aliëtte is Executive Vice President for Global Marketing in the VELUX Group. Aliëtte is responsible for the global development of the VELUX brand, working towards the Group vision of delivering better living environments with daylight and fresh air through the roof. Aliëtte joined VELUX in 2023 and brings more than 25 years of experience in local and global Business leadership roles, including rich experience in Marketing and Brand Management, from leading international corporations Philips and Procter & Gamble, working in Europe and the US.

Anders Götzsche is CFO of the VELUX Group. Anders is responsible for Finance, IT, Business Services, Internal Audit, M&A and Strategy. Anders joined in April 2022 from a position as EVP and CFO at Lundbeck A/S. Anders has extensive leadership experience and strong competence in mergers and acquisitions, and strategy implementation. Anders has an MSc in Business Economics and Auditing from Syddansk Universitet and is also a state-authorised public accountant.

Iben Schmidt Helbirk is Executive Vice President for People & Organisation in the VELUX Group, including Internal Communication. Iben is responsible for the global people agenda and the development of the organisation to support the realisation of the strategy. Iben joined VELUX in 2018 from a position as Corporate Vice President of People & Communication at Novo Nordisk Engineering. Iben has extensive experience within bridging business and HR strategies to ensure continuous organisational development. Iben has a M.Sc. in International Marketing & Management from Copenhagen Business School in Denmark.

André Dot is Executive Vice President for Sales Region Southwest Europe in the VELUX Group. André joined VELUX in 2020 as President & General Manager of VELUX France, and later stepped into the role as Senior Vice President of Region South. When joining VELUX, André came from a position as General Manager of Groupe SEB France. André has more than 30 years of professional experience in sales management, marketing management and general management positions in the home equipment and domestic equipment sector, in France and abroad. André Dot is a graduate of NEOMA Business School in Reims, France (Master Commerce / Marketing).

Jacob Madsen is Executive Vice President of Sales Region North in the VELUX Group. Jacob holds an MSc in International Business from the University of Southern Denmark and has worked in the building industry through his entire career. Jacob started his career in VELUX in 1994 and worked in different roles, among other as responsible for VELUX business in Slovenia and Croatia and as part of the team starting up RoofLITE, now called Altaterra. Between 2005 and 2018, Jacob worked in the Danish company Danfoss, where he held several senior leadership positions in Sales & Marketing and General Management in the Heating Segment. In 2018, Jacob re-joined VELUX as General Manager for VELUX Germany and later stepped into the role as Senior Vice President for Region DACH.

Anders Dam Vestergaard is Executive Vice President of Sales Region North America, CEE, APAC & Altaterra in the VELUX Group. Anders joined VELUX in 2018, from a position as Executive Vice President of Sales & Marketing in Fertin Pharma and before this he has held various commercial and senior leadership roles in FMCG and Biotech. Anders holds a MSc in Management Accounting and Strategy from Aarhus University, and has extensive experience working with sales and marketing in leading customer centric companies with a strong focus on strategy and execution.
