Manually place all internal and external blinds in the fully open position and press the reset button on the window or the external control unit if available, as shown below.
Depending on your window type, the reset button will be located in a different position. Please choose your window type from the below options.
Centre-Pivot INTEGRA - GGL / GGU
The reset button will be located on the right side of the motor, and will appear as a small grey circle. For windows manufactured after 2014, push down on the lever to the right of the T-Bar to reveal the reset button.
Proceed to step 3.
Top Hung INTEGRA - GPU
Ensure the power is turned on and that the window is completely closed, manually and electrically. If the window is not closed electrically, close it by pressing the RESET button on the control box of the window briefly (1 second). Open the window manually with the control bar.
Press the RESET button on the control box for at least 5 seconds. The window will "hum" for 20 seconds to indicate that the window is ready for the next step.
Close the window with the control bar within 30 seconds. If the 30 seconds are exceeded, go back to step 2. When the window has been closed, the window will again "hum" for 20 seconds to indicate that it has been reset and is ready for registration.
Proceed to step 6.
Flat Roof INTEGRA - CVP
Remove the lower cover cap located on the window frame to gain access to the reset button as shown:

Electric Conversion Kits
If a control unit KUX 110 is connected to the product that needs reset, you can use the reset button on the KUX 110 rather than the window. If resetting via the KUX 110 reset button, you DO NOT have to reset via the window reset button as well.
Proceed to step 3.
Press and hold the reset button for at least 15 seconds (ensure you continue to hold the button even when the chain moves). If you have other products installed these will also move up and down (e.g. blinds)
The chain will move in and out several times.
Once the product stops moving, close the window ensuring the vent bar is fully closed. For electric INTEGRA windows only, switch the power off to the window for at least 60 seconds. If there is more than one window, repeat the above steps for all windows.
Add the product to the handset or wall switch, by proceeding to the relevant steps based on your handset.

Push the 'pair' button on the bottom of the wall switch for 1 second. If pairing a blind, please press the middle followed by the down button within 3 seconds after the pair button.
The wall switch is now ready to operate the windows.
Press the '+' symbol in the top right corner of the screen. Then tap 'New Product'.
Select 'Add New Products' and then tap the forward arrow on the next screen. The remote will now search for new products.
The 'New' product(s) will now be displayed on the screen. Tap the forward arrow to add them in to the remote.
The 'old' product now needs to be removed from the remote control.
Enter the main menu by tapping on the '+' icon, then select 'New product'
Select 'Delete products' and, if you know which product is to be deleted, tap on the name of the product.
Note: If you are unsure of the name of the product you wish to delete, tap on the image of each product on the left hand side of the list. This will cause the product to move a small amount momentarily.
The handset will ask you to confirm if you wish to delete the product. Select yes when you have identified the correct product to delete.
The handset will now be able to operate the products.
On the handset, select 'Menu'
Then select 'System Settings' and then select 'Register New Product'.
The remote will now search for the window that was reset, along with any other products.
The message 'New Products Registered' will be displayed briefly.
The handset will then advise that there is no contact with a number of products.
Note: This is the window, blind etc. that you removed when you reset the window.
Choose 'List' when possible.
You will be asked if you want to keep each product. Select 'No' for each product you wish to remove from the handset.
Note: If you press 'Yes' by accident, go back to Step 15. The handset will not find any new products in Step 17.
The handset is now ready to operate the products.
