INTEGRA Window Full Reset (All Products)

Step 1

Manually place all internal and external blinds in the fully open position and press the reset button on the window or the external control unit if available, as shown below.


Step 2

Depending on your window type, the reset button will be located in a different position. Please choose your window type from the below options.

Centre-Pivot INTEGRA - GGL / GGU

The reset button will be located on the right side of the motor, and will appear as a small grey circle. For windows manufactured after 2014, push down on the lever to the right of the T-Bar to reveal the reset button.

Proceed to step 3.

Top Hung INTEGRA - GPU

Ensure the power is turned on and that the window is completely closed, manually and electrically. If the window is not closed electrically, close it by pressing the RESET button on the control box of the window briefly (1 second). Open the window manually with the control bar.

Press the RESET button on the control box for at least 5 seconds. The window will "hum" for 20 seconds to indicate that the window is ready for the next step.

Close the window with the control bar within 30 seconds. If the 30 seconds are exceeded, go back to step 2. When the window has been closed, the window will again "hum" for 20 seconds to indicate that it has been reset and is ready for registration.

Proceed to step 6.

Flat Roof INTEGRA - CVP

Remove the lower cover cap located on the window frame to gain access to the reset button as shown:

Proceed to step 3.

Electric Conversion Kits

If a control unit KUX 110 is connected to the product that needs reset, you can use the reset button on the KUX 110 rather than the window. If resetting via the KUX 110 reset button, you DO NOT have to reset via the window reset button as well.

Proceed to step 3.


Step 3

Press and hold the reset button for at least 15 seconds (ensure you continue to hold the button even when the chain moves). If you have other products installed these will also move up and down (e.g. blinds)


Step 4

The chain will move in and out several times.


Step 5

Once the product stops moving, close the window ensuring the vent bar is fully closed. For electric INTEGRA windows only, switch the power off to the window for at least 60 seconds. If there is more than one window, repeat the above steps for all windows.


Step 6

Reset the handset or wall switch, by proceeding to the relevant steps based on your handset.

Go to Steps 20-27


Step 7

Push the 'pair' button on the bottom of the wall switch for 1 second.


Step 8

The wall switch is now ready to operate the windows.




Step 9

Remove the back of the remote by pushing the small tab on the bottom. Ensure the batteries do not fall out whilst doing this.


Step 10

Turn the remote over, and press the 'Home' button located n the bottom right of the remote. The next steps must be completed within 10 minutes if resetting the window(s)


Step 11

Finally, push the reset button on the back of the remote control for at least 5 seconds.


Step 12

The display will then ask if you wish to reset your remote control, select Yes. You can now replace the back of the remote.


Step 13

The VELUX logo will then be displayed for a short time. You will then be asked to choose a language. Select English and then press the right arrow.


Step 14

You will not get a message asking you to 'Tap the forward arrow when your products have been connected to power'.


Step 15

For electric INTEGRA windows, switch the power back on to all windows, and tap the forward arrow. For solar INTEGRA windows, simply tap the forward arrow.


Step 16

You will now see the remote searching for the products. This may take up to 2 minutes.


Step 17

Once this is complete, a list of products will be shown on the screen. Tap the right arrow.


Step 18

Then tap OK on the remote control.


Step 19

The remote control is now ready to operate the windows.




Step 20

Remove the back of the remote by sliding the cover downwards. Then press the reset button located to the right hand side of the batteries, for at least 5 seconds.


Step 21

The display will then ask if you wish to reset your remote, select yes. You can now replace the back on the remote control.


Step 22

The VELUX logo will be displayed for a short time, then the display will ask you to select a language.


Step 23

You will now get a message asking you to connect products to power within 10 minutes. Only applicable to Electric INTEGRA products.


Step 24

Press register on the remote control.


Step 25

The remote control will not automatically search for products. This can take up to 2 minutes.


Step 26

Once complete, the display will show something similar to 'House No.1 Window' The products displayed will depend on the products registered.


Step 27

The remote control is now ready to operate the windows.
