Electric Blind Reset on an INTEGRA Window (All Products)

Step 1

Manually place all internal and external blinds in the fully open position and press the reset button on the window or the external control unit if available, as shown below.


Step 2A

For sloping roof windows the reset button will be located on the right side of the motor, and will appear as a small grey circle. For windows manufactured after 2014, push down on the lever to the right of the T-Bar to reveal the reset button.


Step 2B

For flat roof windows, remove the lower cover cap located on the window frame to gain access to the reset button as shown:


Step 2C

If a control unit KUX 110 is connected to the product that needs reset, you can use the reset button on the KUX 110 rather than the window.

If resetting via the KUX 110 reset button, you DO NOT have to reset via the window reset button as well.


Step 3

Press and hold the reset button for at least 15 seconds (ensure you continue to hold the button even when the chain moves). If you have other products installed these will also move up and down.


Step 4

The chain will move in and out several times.


Step 5

Once the product stops moving, close the window ensuring the vent bar is fully closed. For electric INTEGRA windows only, switch the power off to the window for at least 60 seconds. If there is more than one window, repeat steps 1-5 for all windows.


Step 6

Reset the handset or wall switch.

Go to Steps 21-28


Step 7

Push the 'pair' button on the bottom of the blind wall switch for 1 second. When pairing the blind, please press the middle followed by the down button within 3 seconds after the pair button.


Step 8

Push the 'pair' button on the bottom of the window wall switch for 1 second.


Step 9

The wall switch is now ready to operate the windows.




Step 10

Remove the back of the remote by pushing the small tab on the bottom. Ensure the batteries do not fall out whilst doing this.


Step 11

Turn the remote over, and press the 'Home' button located n the bottom right of the remote. The next steps must be completed within 10 minutes.


Step 12

Finally, push the reset button on the back of the remote control for at least 5 seconds.


Step 13

The display will then ask if you wish to reset your remote control, select Yes. You can now replace the back of the remote.


Step 14

The VELUX logo will then be displayed for a short time. You will then be asked to choose a language. Select English and then press the right arrow.


Step 15

You will now get a message asking you to 'Tap the forward arrow when your products have been connected to power'.


Step 16

Tap the forward arrow.


Step 17

You will now see the remote searching for the products. This may take up to 2 minutes.


Step 18

Once this is complete, a list of products will be shown on the screen. Tap the right arrow.


Step 19

Then tap OK on the remote control.


Step 20

The remote control is now ready to operate the windows.




Step 21

Remove the back of the remote by sliding the cover downwards. Then press the reset button located to the right hand side of the batteries, for at least 5 seconds.


Step 22

The display will then ask if you wish to reset your remote, select yes. You can now replace the back on the remote control.


Step 23

The VELUX logo will be displayed for a short time, then the display will ask you to selct a language.


Step 24

You will now get a message asking you to connect products to power within 10 minutes. Only applicable to Electric INTEGRA products.


Step 25

Press register on the remote control.


Step 26

The remote control will not automatically search for products.

This can take up to 2 minutes.


Step 27

Once complete, the display will show something similar to 'House No.1 Window'. The products displayed will depend on the products regsitered.


Step 28

The remote control is now ready to operate the windows.
