The date code is situated on the label on the side of the box.

- Point of contact at branch
VELUX Returns Assessors will aim to be in within three weeks to advise if the item(s) can be returned and applicable charges.
VELUX Returns Assessors also offer a reboxing service (chargeable) and can advise on handling, storage and stocking of VELUX products.
