Merchant module 1
Participants of the first module will increase their product knowledge with an overview of the core product ranges for both windows and flashings. They will boost their confidence and understanding of the products with an opportunity to install and they will see the opportunities available for increased sales through the use of accessories and sun screening products.
Having attended the training, your staff will have excellent working knowledge of many aspects of VELUX products creating an expert within your company and offering credibility to your customers.
Merchant module 2
Designed to be attended some months after their participation in the first module, this course offers a refresher to your staff. Our aim is to further improve participants' knowledge and expertise by offering information on more advanced products and solutions.
To this effect, the course offers information on combinations of windows and the use of electrical products.
Mobile Demo
If it's not feasible for you to get to one of our Training Academies in Kettering, Dublin or Glenrothes, then we can come to you.
We can provide you and your staff with an overview of basic core products and even provide an on-site installation demonstration. This course could be used as a prelude to more advanced training in the Academy.
VELUX codes and packaging
Designed as a basic on site training module for yard staff and drivers, this course covers standard core products with an explanation of codes and demonstration of how products are packaged.
Further explanation is given for 'packaged products' such as conservation, roof terrace etc. as well as an overview of combination flashings and codes.
The course is presented at the merchant's premises by the Area Manager and takes a maximum of 1 hour.
