In the layout the architects have trodden new paths with the curved, zinc-plated roof, forming what might be compared to a "hat" on the building. The expression is organic and soft, in fact very suitable for a building scheduled for living. In addition VELUX roof windows have been positioned throughout the total length of the reinforced concrete truss construction, securing ample daylight into the attic. That is also where we find the upper level of the two-storey apartments of sizes from 90 to 180m2.
The size of the apartments, the slope of the lot as well as the limited space for parking are issues, all of which are addressed in the total design. The building has a basement with parking space for 30 vehicles along with rooms for storage and utilities.
