The curved zinc-plated roof adds a very soft, organic finish to the total design of the 54m long apartment building.

Flat roof? Sloped roof? Been there, done that. The Polish designer team of “5 Architects” studio felt like breaking new ground as they faced a new challenge, the design of a new apartment building in a region just outside Warsaw. The Polish project market distinguishes itself by offering only a limited number of open tenders. Accordingly “5 Architects” studio is the result of a decision among five Polish accomplished architects to join forces to meet the demands of the current design market: Janusz Kaczorek, Andrzej Wojniak, Arthur Gizmajer and Zbyszek Babinski. The architects designed the project in question, a four-storey apartment wing of 54m with an attic storey. The composition is based on three sectional modules, each measuring 18m.
